저희는 각 분야의 전문가들이 다양한 경험과 전문 지식을 바탕으로 디렉팅을 담당합니다.
*AFTER MEMORY는 서울 / 인천 / 경기권 촬영을 진행 하고 있습니다.
최종 인도물을 구성하는 수요자의 콘텐츠는 수요자의 소유이며, 작업이 종료된 이후 수요자의 승인 없이 사용할 수 없다.
수요자에 의해 인수된 최종 인도물에 대한 지식재산권은 용역 종료 또는 보수 지불이 완료된 후 수요자에게 양도되며, 지식재산권의 등록에 소요되는 비용은 수요자가 부담한다.
수행 과정 중에 수요자에게 제시된 공급자의 중간 인도물, 사전 작업물, 최종 인도물의 개별구성요소에 대한 지식재산권은 공급자에게 귀속되며, 공급자의 허락 없이 사용할 수 없다.
수요자의 최종 인도물에 대한 실시가 공급자의 중간 인도물, 사전 작업물, 최종 인도물의 개별 구성요소를 이용하게 되는 경우에는 제3항의 규정에도 불구하고 본 계약에 의하여 공급자의 사용 허락이 있는 것으로 본다.
제3자 창작물에 대한 지식재산권은 제3자에게 있으며 공급자는 수요자에게 최종 인도물의 구성에 필요한 제3자 창작물의 내용과 사용 비용등을 고지하고, 사용 여부에 대한 승인을 얻어 사용에 필요한 절차를 취한다.
